Triangle DeCon Services Inc. is a boutique full service real estate advisory firm with a focus on project development and construction management for our valued private developers and public organizations in Southern California. We are a young, energetic, ethical, professional, knowledgeable, customer-centric and multilingual team looking to deliver the most value to our clients and build/promote trust with them. Our team consists of licensed Professional Engineers (PE), certified Project Management Professionals (PMP), certified professional with Design Build Institute of America (DBIA), licensed General Building Contractor and other industry designations. We can provide entitlement, development, design, procurement, construction management, project management, expert witness and litigation support services on a variety of building types. Our experienced team have provided these services to successfully deliver various facilities for public school districts, college districts, universities, commercial developers, hospitality owners, multinational CM/PM consultants and other valued clients.

Triangle is seeking transportation and roadway engineers for upcoming opportunities with various clients, including county and city road departments, Caltrans, etc.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

• Lead highway and roadway design projects
• Oversee project development, design, and delivery
• Review and approve plans, specifications, estimates, and engineering calculations
• Perform QA/QC reviews of project deliverables
• Prepare project scopes, schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, utilities, and regulatory agencies
• Present technical recommendations and project updates
• Support proposal preparation and project pursuits
• Mentor junior engineering staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of transportation engineering experience
• Experience leading roadway and highway design projects
• California PE license is required

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of highway and roadway design experience
• Experience delivering Caltrans and local public agency projects
• Proficiency with MicroStation, OpenRoads/InRoads, AutoCAD Civil 3D, or similar software
• Experience preparing PS&E packages
• Familiarity with Caltrans standards and Greenbook requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
