This role will work directly with the founding partners as they move outside of the day-to-day, into more company vision & development, and hand off department project delivery responsibilities to a new key team member providing total autonomy and upward mobility to a lucky someone. Taking this firm to their version "3.0" of themselves. In this role you will “own” the Transportation Design side of the house with a multitude of clients and a diverse backlog.
