Position: Transportation Driver (Part-Time/Per-Diem)

Masters Academy International is a Driver who will play a critical operational role responsible for providing safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for Masters Academy International (MAI) students, elite athletic teams, staff, and residential groups. Given MAI’s unique mission integrating high-level academics with elite athletic competition, transportation directly impacts student safety, schedule fidelity, and the overall family experience.
This role requires a dedicated professional who prioritizes safety above all else, maintains flawless compliance with state and federal transportation regulations, and represents the school with professionalism. Sitting at the front line of daily campus operations and athletic travel, the Driver ensures that student-athletes and staff travel safely, comfortably, and on schedule across daily routes, regional competitions, and special events.
Dependable and safety-focused driver with an impeccable driving record, strong regulatory compliance, and extensive experience navigating complex, multi-route transport schedules. Adept at managing time-sensitive athletic and school logistics with calm, independent problem-solving. Known for discretion, clear communication, and building strong, trusting relationships across the school community.
This is a 10-month role. The salary for this role is $34.50/hour. This position is not Benefits eligible.
