We’re looking for a Level 2 or 3 Diesel Mechanic with 3–4+ years of heavy-duty diesel truck experience who brings strong diagnostic skills, self-motivation, and a team-focused attitude.
📍 Location: Liberty Hill, Texas
📅 Workdays: Monday through Friday
⏰ Schedule: Day Shift and be on call as needed
💰 Pay Range: $27.00–$37.00, depending on skills and experience
Experience using OEM and aftermarket diagnostic software is a MUST. We’re looking for a technician who can use these tools to troubleshoot problems and identify the repairs needed—not just replace parts.

Qualified newly hired Diesel Technician employees may be eligible for our Technician Retention Program, which rewards experienced technicians for their performance and long-term commitment to TCI.
Eligibility and program details will be provided during the hiring process and confirmed in the offer letter.
✅ 3–4+ years of diesel engine repair experience, working on heavy-duty diesel trucks.
💻 Strong diagnostic skills using OEM and aftermarket diagnostic software.
🪪 A valid driver’s license and the ability to meet company insurability requirements.
🚛 Class B CDL preferred—but not required.
💪 Self-motivation and leadership skills.
