Job Description

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Schedule Daily Airport shuttle that runs between Kelowna Airport and Big White and vice versa
  • Schedule Drivers paying attention to hours scheduled
  • Schedule Vehicle Maintenance with Transport Managers approval
  • Determine and book overflow buses and cabs
  • Schedule Groups Buses, Activities Buses, and Staff Buses
  • Run all transportation reports
  • Reconcile monthly accounts for Bus company and Cab company
  • Troubleshoot daily shuttle issues while keeping the Transportation Manager informed
  • Working with the Duty Managers to ensure the Bellman are scheduled correctly
  • Help the Bellman with directing guests and luggage when large buses arrive
  • Any other reasonable requests as made by a Central Reservations Manager

Position requirements/skills:

  • Great decision making skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to learn new systems
  • Time management skills
  • Supervisory experience is an asset
  • Team player

Physical demands:

  • Must be able to sit for long periods at operating computer station
  • Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds

Position:

Wage: $22.50/hr

Full-time, seasonal; 4 x 10Hrs/Day (40 hours per week)
