We are searching for the best talent for the Transportation Commercial Quality role to be located in Leeds, UK or Dublin/Cork, Ireland.

Purpose: The Transportation Commercial Quality Specialist will find opportunities to continuously improve quality, cost and time factors, consistent with Deliver business objectives. The position understands current and

emerging regulations and the impact to quality and distribution practices.

As a TCQS, you will:

• Central point of contact for quality assurance processes, procedures, audits, and activities as it relates to Transportation globally. Develop and deliver training on QA-related topics. Remain current on assigned quality system training and seek out training and knowledge in adjacent areas.

• Identify, direct and implement potential cost savings and project execution improvements; Support transportation change control documentation from initiation through implementation and closure.

• Provide detailed or summary communication to QA and cross-functional management on status of key initiatives and issues.

• Document rationales which are technically accurate and regulatory compliance focused. Hold business partners accountable for delivering documentation of similar quality.

• Troubleshoot high-risk/high-complexity quality/compliance issues, using experience, resourcefulness, and creativity to provide solutions to a wide range of root causes.

• Design and implement quality and compliance improvement programs and initiatives. Innovate solutions to significant quality system gaps and lead continuous improvement projects.

• Fosters working relationships with internal business partners to understand regional and sector requirements and business challenges.

• Independently represent Quality Assurance function on multiple, simultaneous, high-impact/highvalue projects as the “Voice of Quality”, including active team engagement, proactively ensuring that quality and compliance inputs are integrated into project objectives, and act as a QA “go-to” resource for global transportation business partners.

• Independently lead and prioritize highly complex and diverse workload, ensuring that actions are ontime, accurate, and meet their intended objective.

• Maintain awareness of key market trends and pricing as well as the development of new materials or products and recommends and/or councils other on these changes.

• Provide specific technical expertise to support special projects, pilot operations, product/process improvements and provides input to develop forecast to support business needs.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• GCSEs or GCEs, including English and Mathematics, or equivalent UK secondary education.

• Working knowledge of cGMP requirements and current regulatory issues.

• Shown ability to collaborate with internal/external partners to enhance relationships and interactions, including interacting with senior levels of management to inform, inspire change, and provide direct feedback.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point applications is required.

• Strong technical writing skills are required.

• Requires excellent prioritization, communication, and leadership skills. Shown ability to accomplish work goals, with minimal amount of daily direction and oversight. Excellent attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and problem‑solving skills.

• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.

• Good collaboration skills and ability to work independently with internal partners

• Good System & Computer knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, J&J systems)
