The Transportation Business Operations Assistant 2 The position is part of the Traffic Engineering division's Safety, Operations, and Data Coordination section, within the Strategic Safety Planning and Analysis unit. The role primarily handles administrative duties, offering critical support in areas including finance, payroll/ timekeeping, travel logistics, and hospitality services. Performs related work as required.

TRAINING/EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

• Three (3) years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience providing advanced clerical duties and/or administrative services in accounting, budgeting, project monitoring and reporting, personnel, or procurement and property.
• Substitution: Successful completion of coursework from a regionally accredited college or university, related business school, or vocational training may be substituted for the required experience through an established formula.
