Your mission will be to:

  • Regional Strategy & Accountability: Responsible for sourcing and supplier management activities on a regional scale for the Transportation and Warehousing sector within LATAM (mainly Argentina, México, Colombia y Guatemala).
  • Strategic Alignment: Contributes to the development of global category strategies. Implements these strategies and initiatives for specific materials and services.
  • Compliance: Ensures alignment with Procurement guidelines, internal/external process standards, and the delivery of required business performance in the region.
  • Stakeholder Management: Understands business needs and builds effective, trustful, personal, and virtual relationships with key regional and country stakeholders.
  • Contract Management: Manages supply agreements and contracts. Monitors contractual clauses over the entire lifecycle to minimize risk through terms and conditions aligned with the legal function.
  • Market Intelligence: Provides country-specific market intelligence to mitigate supply risk, gain competitive advantage, and drive better business decisions.
  • Supply Market Analysis: Conducts continuous, detailed analysis of suppliers and market trends at the country level (technology, supply base, etc.).
  • Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Implements supplier management principles to build relationships and improve overall performance.
  • Sustainability: Incorporates corporate responsibility and commitment to sustainable business practices into supplier relationships; ensures compliance via audits and improvement plans.
  • Sourcing Events: Plans and executes sourcing events via external partners to create a competitive advantage.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Supports D&I programs in local markets as appropriate.
  • Work Relations: Suppliers, regulatory affairs, product supply, supply chain, regional marketing, third-party procurement support.

Unlock your potential:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Required).
  • Master’s Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics (nice to have).
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills at the general management level.
  • Excellence in negotiation, communication, presentation, influencing, and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated advance ability to manage virtual team environments.
  • High-level organizational, executive, intercultural, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven advance analytical decision-making skills and creative thinking.
  • Advance experience in strategic procurement, quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and logistics processes.
  • Advance level of english.
  • Potugues nice to have.
