The position

Redox have a permanent full-time opportunity (9am to 5pm) for an enthusiastic and experienced Transport Support Officer to join the transport office in Minto. You will support the day-to-day operations of the Minto warehouse in coordination with the wider Operations Team to drive business goals and objectives.

You are a curious and resourceful problem solver with an aptitude for numbers, analysing large data sets and resolving inventory investigations. Your daily tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Organising & writing consignment notes
• Arranging freight bookings for deliveries and receivals
• Recording and reconciling pallet transactions
• Inventory management and resolving any stock variances or quality problems
• Tracking and uploading proof of deliveries
• Releasing forward orders
• Compiling delivery run sheets and store reports
• Laminating Emergency Information Panels (EIP’s)
• Responding to sales/marketing queries and requests
• General Administrative duties and customer service
• Assisting Sales representatives and other staff with queries
• Ensure all staff and site visitors adhere to Redox’s policies, procedures, and site-specific conditions of WH&S in compliance with state and federal legislation.

About you

• 1 year experience in a similar role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Customer centric with high attention to detail
• Ability to liaise and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
• Dangerous Goods experience an advantage.
• Reliable with exceptional time management skills
• Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Seeking a long-term career in warehousing, transport and logistics
