The Opportunity

We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Transport Supervisor to join our Oils and Technical Services team at our Narangba site. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of our fleet, particularly in the transport of hazardous liquids and materials.

You’ll work closely with a team of drivers, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive safety compliance across all transport operations.

Your responsibilities will include.

  • Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly fleet and driver schedules
  • Monitor driver performance and ensure safe driving practices in line with regulations
  • Continuously review transport activities and adjust schedules to optimise coverage
  • Maximise fleet utilisation and improve routing and delivery efficiency
  • Communicate expectations and objectives clearly to drivers through toolbox talks and training
  • Manage site stock levels to meet customer requirements
  • Maintain visual performance reports and apply continuous improvement strategies
  • Enhance transport planning and operational effectiveness

About you

What you will bring to the role.

  • Experience in transport/logistics, ideally involving hazardous liquids
  • Strong knowledge of fatigue management and dangerous goods transport regulations
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Tech-savviness and quick adaptability to new systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and GPS systems
