Job Description

1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to identify and secure new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
2. Foster strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
3. Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, ensuring our strategies remain competitive and innovative
4. Generate and nurture high-quality leads, driving pipeline growth and conversion through strategic engagement and follow-up.
   
5. Prepare and present high-impact proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that effectively communicate our value proposition and unique selling points.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Chinese Literature / International Business Management / Marketing with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university.
2. At least 2 years of working experience as Supply Chain Management, or related field
3. Having great connection and willingness to cooperation for future company development business
4. Fluent in written and oral communication skills, in Mandarin and English is a must.
5. Strong leadership, independent, strong analytical thinking, good communication & good interpersonal skill
6. Having basic knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics practices
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (expert level)
