Job Summary

To execute transport operations of the site, prepare site data, organize employee helpdesk, and monitor trips

Key Responsibilities

1. To Execute Transport Operations Of Site, Ensure Ota & Other Metrics Are Met As Per Sla, Monitor Weekly Schedules & Cab Occupancy And Overall Operational Data Through Transport Application
2. To Assist In The Installation Of Necessary Checks And Balances To Keep The Site Transport Under Control, Monitor Transport Services And Analyze If They Impact Site Shrinkage Level.
3. To Prepare Site Performance Data And Present It To The Operations Lead And Business Team For Review, Monitor Targets Set By Iso (Qhs, Enms), And Initiate Required Improvement Plans.
4. To Provide Support For Planning The Training Calendar For Iso Activities, Coordinate With Business Teams To Geo Code Teams' Schedule, Validate New Shift Time, And Post Necessary Approvals
5. To Organize Employee Helpdesk To Collect Feedback And Plan Business Meetings To Review The Feedback And Provide Resolutions.
6. To Monitor Drops And Departures, Ensure Equal Distribution Of Trips To Minimize Delays, Analyze Low Occupancy Trips And Coordinate With Different Programs For Realignment To Minimize Cost And Optimize The Utilization Of Escort Guards
7. To Ensure Legal Compliance With Hse Standards For All Facilities, Support Business Operations At Customer Sites, And Provide Crisis Management And Business Continuity Management Support.
8. To Review Performance Of Reportees, Assist In Goal Setting, And Provide Support For Training & Development
9. To Maintain Standards Regarding Office Space Consistency And Work With: Managers To Determine Organization Needs For Additional Space And With Legal Counsel, Real-Estate Brokers And Architects/Space Planners As Needed
10. RFI / RFP process knowledge exposure.
11. Cost optimisation projects / trainings / monitoring / tracking / parameters etc.
