Job Description

About this Position

  • The role is to ‌ensure the smooth export of products from WGQ Plant under good condition and in economic way. Monitor the service level of suppliers and continuously improve. He needs securing service level, optimizing process, L11 cost as important result. Ensure on the progress of all projects related to air and sea export smoothly.

What you´ll do

  • Export shipment planning.
  • Export daily operation of WGQ site.
  • L11 monitoring and costing saving projects.
  • Track and trace all export shipments and ensure compliance and efficiency daily operation.
  • Supplier Management.
  • Effectively follow up on the progress of all export-related projects and maintain close communication and collaboration with project team.
  • KPI Data Collection and Verification.
  • Other task assigned by line manager.

What makes you a good fit

  • Proven experience in import & export and logistics ‌process optimization‌, with solid track records in project management and cost control.
  • Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle import & export logistics experience, both shipper-side and 3PL backgrounds are acceptable. ‌Mandatory chemical industry exposure and hands-on DG export experience‌.
  • Highly proficient in SAP and OTM systems, with established vendor performance management experience.
  • Full-time regular bachelor’s degree or above, no restrictions on academic majors.
  • Good English skills.
  • Outstanding soft communication skills, capable of effectively coordinating cross-departmental teams for seamless collaboration.
