About the role
As a Transport Planner (Route Planner) you have overall responsibility for planning customer transport tasks within your assigned area and with the available capacity.
You are the closest point of contact for your loading units and their drivers, communicating load orders, following up on the transport and handling changes along the way. Customer contact is handled via telephone, email, customer web portals and Attracs.
The job is teamwork where you seek the most optimal solutions to meet the customer's needs while making the business more effective, reliable and environmentally friendly.
We are looking for someone who:
Enjoys customer service and teamwork between customers, suppliers and drivers.
Works well under pressure, is organized and good at multitasking
Is fluent in Polish and has at least B1-level English, other languages are a merit.
Is comfortable with basic computer work and keen to learn new systems
Has a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
No previous experience is required, all training is provided by us. What matters most is that you are willing to work in a team and motivated to learn. An interest in transport, logistics or supply chain, or experience in customer service, administration or coordination, is considered a merit.
The employment is full-time and until further notice. Salary is based on the role, your competence and work experience.
