Vacancy Title: Transport Operations PlannerVacancy Location: Singapore, SenokoEngagement Type: Permanent, Full TimeThe Role:Here at Survitec, we are currently recruiting for a Transport Operations Planner to join our Operations Team based in Singapore.Key responsibilities for the Transport Operations Planner include but are not limited to:Plan daily routes and rosters for technician transfers and product deliveries and handle last-minute schedule changes.Oversee in-house drivers, monitor shift adherence, and ensure road safety compliance.Manage 5 to 7 vehicles, servicing schedules, inspections, COE/insurance, PSA passes, fuel cards, ERP, and summonses/incidents.Support the launch and operational rollout of our new GPS/TMS fleet tracking software.Provide hands-on driving support for urgent product runs and technician transfers during peaks or driver shortages.You will have the opportunity to develop in your role and feel proud of the work you do.
