This is a Talent Pool opportunity for future Transport Operations openings across DHL Supply Chain Indonesia.

We are building a pipeline of logistics professionals with experience in transportation operations, fleet management, routing, distribution, last-mile delivery, transport planning, and carrier management. Key Responsibilities:

• Transportation planning, route optimization, and capacity management
• Distribution network analysis and continuous improvement
• OTIF and transportation performance monitoring
• Cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Customer Service, and Commercial teams
• Support network expansion and customer implementation projects

What We're Looking For

• Fresh graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field, with internship or project experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of Modern Trade operations, route planning, transportation processes, and supply chain optimization concepts.
