Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of our logistics and transportation network.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to address operational challenges.
- Possess excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate across departments.
- Leverage technological tools and innovations to streamline and optimize transportation operations.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality, legal/statutory, and financial regulations.
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing work culture, supporting the continued growth and success of John Keells Logistics Limited.
Person Specifications
- Proven experience in transportation management within the logistics industry.
- A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant transportation software and technology.
- Readiness to take on challenges and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Willingness to drive the continued success of John Keells Logistics Limited.
