  • A strong communicator who builds trust, supports their team, and maintains high performance standards
  • Someone comfortable working flexibly to support a 24/7 regional operation
  • Proficient in MS Office with strong organisational and planning skills
  • Must hold a clean, valid driving licence and pass DBS checks

What’s in it for you

  • The opportunity to lead one of our key regional distribution centres and shape its service performance
  • A role where your decisions directly impact patient experience and health outcomes
  • Supportive leadership and opportunities to develop within a growing national logistics network
  • A varied, hands‑on role with real autonomy and space to innovate
  • Being part of a mission‑driven organisation proud to be best‑in‑class in healthcare distribution

Additional to a competitive salary, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)
  • Access to BUPA private medical scheme
  • Yearly pay reviews.
  • Refer a friend scheme.
  • Annual company event.
  • Contribution based pension scheme.
  • Life Assurance.
  • Bike to work scheme.
