Job Purpose:

As a Transport Coordinator, you are a master at handling and solving customer questions. You are the first point of contact and ensure that complaints are concluded with the correct agreement. Building a good harmony with customers and stakeholders is indispensable here.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of the wagon lists and the consignment notes

• Optimal train planning

• Registering the trains at the ports and terminals

• Wagon management, handling any damage to wagons

• Processing relevant data in the various systems

• Keeping customers informed about the train run

• Rescheduling in the event of delays and possible other irregularities

• Hiring, handling and resolving customer queries

• Managing our container depots

• Keeping administrative matters up to date

Requirements

Requirements:

• Approximately 2 years of work experience in logistics or a completed logistics education

• Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language. Knowledge of the German language is an advantage.

• You are accurate and you can work independently and in a team

• Strong in planning and communicative skills as you have a lot of contact with both internal and external stakeholders and customers

• You are willing to work different shifts (morning, afternoon and evening)

• You are proactive and dare to make decisions
