Job Description

About this Position As a Transport Coordinator, you are responsible for planning and booking sea, air, and road freight to meet delivery and return requirements, including exports, imports, and customer returns. Coordinates with internal teams and carriers to ensure timely shipments, manages special transport needs, investigates service issues, verifies invoices, and handles documentation for international and domestic logistics.

What you´ll do

  • Coordinate transport activities with warehouses, Customer Service, stakeholders and service providers.
  • Manage domestic and international transport, including Dangerous Goods (DG) and non-dangerous goods.
  • Support transport planning, shipment consolidation and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and follow up on delivery issues.
  • Manage transport claims relating to damaged or lost goods.
  • Validate freight invoices and investigate any rate or invoice discrepancies.
  • Monitor transport provider performance and manage service-related complaints.
  • Support 3PL operations, logistics projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in supply chain and logistics, with knowledge of customs-related processes.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Demonstrates analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Well-developed time management and organizational skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to lead and coordinate others.
