Responsibilities:
Organization and coordinationof European road freightin accordance withapplicable legal regulations,guidelines set forth in SOPs, IOPs and agreed KPIs
Planning and scheduling of FTL/LTL transports, as well as managingall ad-hoc and urgent interruptions
Maintenance of internal and 3rd party systems
Preparation of all required documents in German / English
Follow-up on customs formalities
Monitoring of haulier performance
Cost conscioushandling / transport orders allocation
Invoicingsupport
Beingan active member ofWnD(Warehousing and Distribution) team, who buildsupand maintain good relationship withallinternal stakeholders
Building up professional relationships with customer and suppliers
Handling of customer complaints / claims
Taking ownership ofidentifyingimprovementareas,providing solutions and alternatives
Continuous development in order to upgrade own skills and support company’s strategy
Actively contribution to the team’s objectivestargets/KPIsand overall company’s goals.
Required support towards management e.g. business insights, reportsor analysis
