
MISO is seeking a Transmission Rates Advisor who knows Formula Rates inside and out and is excited to apply that knowledge to industry‑defining initiatives like Large Loads and LRTP.

In one year as a Transmission Rates Advisor, you will know you’re successful if you are:
A successful candidate will have at least a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field; and at least eight years of energy industry experience.
Our ideal candidate has extensive experience in transmission rates at the transmission owner or ISO level, is comfortable with public speaking and presentation, and has general skills in Customer Service, Data Analysis, and Finance.

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $148,000.00 – $173,000.00 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.
Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
