The men and women of Electric Operations ensure the delivery of clean, safe, reliable and affordable energy to nearly 16 million people in Northern and Central California. Electric Operations is responsible for every aspect of PG&E's electric distribution and transmission operations, including planning, engineering, maintenance and construction, asset management, business planning, restoration and emergency response..

This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual hourly rate paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $19.56 to $34.07.
Responsibilities
The successful intern will have the opportunity to lead and/or support activities as described above working with a team of experienced transmission line engineers. Additionally, the intern will gain knowledge of the larger Electrical Operations organization through the work they will be performing.
