About the Company

Our client is a fully integrated electrical power system services firm delivering end‑to‑end solutions across utility, renewable energy, battery storage, industrial, petrochemical, and other critical infrastructure markets. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, the company applies deep subject‑matter expertise and an engineering‑led approach to designing, installing, testing, and maintaining medium‑ and high‑voltage electrical infrastructure for clients locally, nationally, and internationally.

  • Working knowledge of NESC, ASCE Manual 74, ASCE 10, IEEE standards, and utility design practices.
  • Experience with PLS‑CADD, PLS‑POLE, PLS‑TOWER, TOWER, or similar software preferred.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, or other CAD platforms preferred.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of transmission engineering principles and utility design standards.
  • Ability to perform engineering calculations with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of overhead structures, conductors, insulators, foundations, and hardware.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
