Our Development team is looking for a talented Transmission Engineer Associate to support the efforts of our fast-growing company. Adapture Renewables is owned by KIRKBI – the private holding and investment company of the Kirk Kristiansen family, founded to build a sustainable future for the LEGO® brand through generations.
This entry-level position will work within our Interconnection and Transmission department to assist with research, data analysis, and project support for utility-scale solar and BESS projects. The Transmission Engineer Associate will help the team with preliminary site screenings, interconnection application preparation, market research, and other project development support tasks. This role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to start a career in renewable energy and transmission development. The position reports to the Director of Interconnection and Transmission. The candidate is ideally based near our Bay Area headquarters.

Compensation
The salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience and location.
