Translation Management Intern 深圳社招实习职位描述 1. Manage Translation Requests:
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming translation requests to ensure efficient processing.
- Oversee the entire translation lifecycle, from initial request to final delivery.
2. Collaborate with Freelancers:
- Work closely with freelance translators to ensure timely and accurate delivery of translations.
- Communicate project requirements and deadlines effectively with requesters.
3. Payment Management:
- Assist in managing and processing monthly payments for freelance translators promptly.
- Maintain accurate financial records related to translation projects.
4. Utilize AI Translation Tools:
- Employ AI translation tools for pre-translation tasks to improve efficiency and output quality.
- Provide input and feedback on tool performance and integration.
5. Support Multi-Language Translation Workflow:
- Ensure adherence to the established multi-language translation(EN-DE/FR/IT/ES, etc) workflow, identifying and recommending improvements when necessary.
- Monitor project progress and update the team on any challenges or changes.职位要求- Currently pursuing a degree in Translation or a related field.
- Holder of TEM8 certification, CATTI Level 2 Translation is a plus.
- Availability to commit to 6 months or more is preferred.
- Previous experience or familiarity with translation management tools such as Phrase, Crowdin, or Trados is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Strong deadline-driven awareness.
- Basic understanding of translation processes and workflow.
