Are you a strategic leader passionate about improving service quality and guiding complex transitions? Become our Transitions Management Team Lead, leading Transition Specialists and promoting Service Management standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the Transition Management function which manages the onboarding of Optus Enterprise and Business customers.
  • Ownership of the ServiceNow Transitions Project module and Knowledge articles.
  • Develop and complete comprehensive transition strategy and execution plans that align with business goals.
  • Supervise both local and international personnel to ensure seamless transitions for corporate products and services.
  • Work with senior collaborators to address onboarding challenges and promote continuous improvement.
  • Govern and report on transition performance, automation initiatives, and strategic alignment.
  • Responsibility for maintaining ISO Accreditation required within Enterprise and Business
  • Take on the role of a change instigator within Managed Service Operations, incorporating standard methodologies and promoting innovation.

What You Bring:

  • Must be an Australian Citizen with eligibility for Federal Government clearance.
  • 5+ years of experience in Project and Transition Management, ideally within Managed Networks Service environments.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead high-performing teams and navigate intricate, matrixed collaborator environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills – confident engaging at all levels.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and an extensive knowledge of service management frameworks.
  • Strategic problem solver with a hands-on approach to solving problems and improving processes.
