About the Opportunity

Our Sales team is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Transition Coordinator to join our Melbourne office.

In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring employees experience a seamless transition into our
novated leasing programs. Working closely with payroll teams, external providers, Account Managers and clients, you'll coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring every transition is accurate, compliant and delivered with exceptional care. You'll become a trusted point of contact for transition-related enquiries, helping employees navigate the process while delivering outstanding service and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the onboarding of employees into novated leasing programs.
  • Gather, review and validate employee information and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records across internal systems and CRM platforms.
  • Liaise with payroll teams and external providers to ensure smooth and timely transitions.
  • Respond to employee and client enquiries with professionalism, empathy and urgency.
  • Partner with Account Managers to resolve transition-related queries and support client outcomes.
  • Assist with reporting, compliance activities and audit requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across transition processes and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with ATO requirements, FBT regulations and internal policies.

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers, has exceptional attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

To be successful in this
role, you'll bring:

  • Experience in salary packaging, novated leasing, payroll, financial services or a similar customer-focused administration role.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A genuine customer-first mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high service standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.

Highly desirable:

  • Knowledge of ATO regulations and Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT).
  • Experience working with payroll systems and processes.
  • Experience within the salary packaging or novated leasing industry.
