
Transitional Education Coordinator – Stetson SchoolAn affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation
Pay Range: $59,980 to $75,730 (based on MA teacher license level)
Stetson School, a respected affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, is seeking a Transitional Education Coordinator to lead and expand our vocational and transitional education program. This role is key in helping students build the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to successfully transition to college, career, and independent living.
Develop, implement, and oversee the school’s vocational and career development curriculum.
Teach career exploration and development courses that prepare students for postsecondary success.
Provide individual career and college counseling, helping students identify interests and pathways.
Coordinate college preparatory testing (SAT, ACT) and assist students in navigating application processes.
Maintain and manage a comprehensive career and college resource library.
Support vocational teachers with curriculum design, implementation, and oversight.
Plan and coordinate the annual graduation ceremony.
Foster a positive, respectful classroom environment that supports learning, safety, and Stetson’s Culture of Recovery philosophy.
Apply behavior management techniques that promote positive reinforcement and student growth.
Participate in school and agency meetings and trainings to support collaboration and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Moderate Disabilities (8–12) License or waiver eligible.
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
