Caring Transitions helps seniors and families through downsizing, relocation, estate sales, online auctions, and home clean-outs with compassion, professionalism, and respect.
This flexible, hands-on role supports clients and project teams throughout the North Charlotte area. It is ideal for dependable people who enjoy organizing, helping others, and staying active.
Primary Responsibilities
• Sort, organize, inventory, pack, and unpack household belongings.
• Help clients identify items to keep, donate, sell, recycle, or discard.
• Prepare and photograph items for CTBids auctions and estate sales.
• Assist with sale setup, buyer pickups, clean-outs, donations, and property preparation.
• Handle clients and their belongings with care and professionalism.
Qualifications
• Compassionate, dependable, organized, and comfortable using a smartphone.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in changing environments.
• At least 18, eligible to work in the U.S., and able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation to local job sites; occasional Saturday availability.
• Able to lift 30–40 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.
• Related experience is helpful but not required; paid training is provided.
