You will join the Content team. By integrating this team, you will help us following the acquisition of Readly to fully migrate our publishers.
Own end-to-end project planning for the migration, including sequencing publishers by complexity, setting milestones, and maintaining a live tracker of progress across both Back Office and FTP workstreams
Serve as the primary point of contact during transition - communicating timelines, providing onboarding guidance for Telescope and Cafeyn FTP, and resolving queries or escalations without requiring internal teams to manage publisher relationships directly
Coordinate with both Cafeyn production teams to allocate migrated publishers equitably, ensuring capacity is managed proactively and neither team is overburdened at any point in the migration curve
Work alongside technical and operations stakeholders to identify and resolve file delivery issues, credential setup, and upload failures - with enough system literacy to diagnose problems before escalating
Track and report on migration progress weekly, flagging at-risk publishers, blockers, and any scope changes to senior stakeholders, with clear recommendations rather than status updates alone
This is a freelance full-time opportunity.
Proven experience in end-to-end project management, ideally within migration, transformation, or implementation projects.
Strong planning, coordination, and project execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
Solid understanding of technical environments, including FTP, Back Office systems, and data/file transfer processes.
Proficiency with project management and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide partners through onboarding and migration activities.
Ability to identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution by coordinating with technical and operational teams.
Strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset.
Fluency in English.
