What you will do with us

The Transition Project Manager leads end-to-end transfers of processes, services, knowledge, and responsibilities, ensuring business continuity and operational stability. The role supports strategic transformation, service centralization and standardization, and the successful adoption of the target operating model.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end transitions of processes, services, knowledge, and
• responsibilities.
• Execute and manage transition plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, and
• governance.
• Manage stakeholders across functions, locations, and organizational levels.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and changes throughout the transition.
• Provide regular reporting, escalation, and decision support to relevant stakeholders.
• Support implementation of the target operating model and achievement of agreed
• transition objectives.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in project processes, tools,
• templates, and ways of working, as well as capture lessons learned and support the
• implementation of improvements to strengthen future project delivery.

What you will bring with you

• Relevant experience in project, transition, transformation, or operational change management.
• Strong project planning, coordination, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of business processes, service delivery, and operational readiness.
• Relevant degree and/or project management certification is an advantage.
