The Transition Project Manager directly reports to the Site Transition Manager and primarily supports the smooth implementation of the Work Transfer process, BMDL-12-1106.
The Transition Project Manager is largely influential in driving the adherence to the Work Transfer process by providing strong and effective facilitation, project management, and leadership in a team-based organization for the planning, organizing, and implementation of business strategies.
The Transition Project Manager is accountable for the overall project management process execution performance by managing all required resources and budgets to ensure successful delivery of Work Transfer goals and objectives.
