Ensures that the move from a current operational environment to a new one happens smoothly on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to business operations. At the same time making sure smooth, timely, and risk-free transition of services from the external vendor to the internal team by developing and executing end-to-end transition plan, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
Develop the transition plan, timeline, milestones, and risk register.
Coordinate activities across all technical and business teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for transition-related issues.
Manage communication with executives, stakeholders, and the outgoing vendor.
Ensure compliance with contractual exit obligations.
Track and report progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
Manage cutover and hypercare activities (stabilization period).
Ensure full knowledge transfer to internal staff is completed and validated.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management or related field

Project Management Certifications
ITIL Certification
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Transition Manager
