Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Transformation Specialist to join the Data, Power & Control (DPC) division This is a remote position. We are seeking a Manufacturing Transformation Specialist to support the development and execution of high-impact operational initiatives across multiple international sites. This individual will help translate the global manufacturing improvement roadmap into actionable projects and support the implementations globally.

This position is designed for a hands-on manufacturing professional with experience driving changes in organizations and the ability to operate effectively across strategic and tactical initiatives. The ideal candidate can quickly integrate into manufacturing sites, build strong relationships, align diverse stakeholders, and accelerate execution during periods of rapid growth, organizational change, capacity constraints, or operational stress.

What Will You Do?

  • Assess manufacturing processes and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and operational gaps.
  • Lead the deployment of Legrand Operating system across various sites and leverage tools to improve performance
  • Document, standardize, and support the replication of successful practices across DPC’s global manufacturing network.
  • Facilitate and lead Kaizen events, 3P workshops, value stream mapping sessions, and rapid improvement activities
  • Lead defined improvement workstreams focused on productivity, capacity, safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Partner with site teams and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement practical, shop-floor-focused solutions.
  • Build project plans, track milestones, quantify benefits, and communicate progress, risks, and required actions.
  • Help remove implementation barriers and ensure improvement initiatives deliver measurable and sustainable results.

Education

  • Bachelor of Science in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Operations Engineering, or related technical discipline
  • MBA or master’s degree in operations, Supply Chain, or Industrial Management preferred

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations engineering, or transformation roles
  • Demonstrated experience leading manufacturing transformation initiatives
  • Strong exposure to production systems and tools including ERPs

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Solid engineering and operations background, with the credibility to engage directly on the factory floor
  • Deep knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, value stream mapping, and daily management systems
  • Proven change leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at every level of the organization
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally as required
