YOUR ROLE

As a Transformation Project Manager within the Group Real Estate Department, you will support strategic and operational initiatives across Global Administration & Facilities. Acting as a key coordination point between departments, you will ensure alignment, streamline communication, and provide clear visibility on ongoing projects and priorities.

You will oversee governance and reporting activities, including KPI monitoring, executive reporting, project tracking, and management committee coordination. You will also contribute to transformation initiatives aimed at simplifying and optimizing processes, particularly around invoicing, lease management, and real estate data management within ARCHIBUS.

Working in a dynamic international environment, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and play an active role in driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the Real Estate function.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Act as the link between the different departments within Global Administration & Facilities by supervising activities and fostering alignment around a common language and shared operational dynamics.
  • Manage the governance structure of Group Real Estate & Facility Management, including MMIMMO, Budget, Administration, Medical Center, Travelers, and other committees to be defined. Prepare meeting agendas and draft meeting minutes. Serve as the main point of contact for requests addressed to the department and ensure communication and key messages are effectively relayed across stakeholders.
  • Provide a consolidated, dynamic, and 360° view of all projects within the Real Estate & Facility Management department in order to ensure alignment with the strategic objectives of the Division.
  • Produce a one-page snapshot of all real estate KPIs. Implement real estate KPIs across all Group office sites (CMA and CEVA). Deliver a weekly five-point executive update summarizing the progress made during the week for the Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Maintain a weekly updated tracking sheet for each project. Prepare a monthly real estate status report for the Chairman.
  • Contribute to process simplification through automation and organizational redesign.
  • Map existing processes and identify optimization opportunities. Lead the transformation of the invoicing process. Oversee the transformation of lease management processes, ensuring that all CMA CGM leases are fully integrated into ARCHIBUS with accurate and complete key data such as insurance value, building type, occupying entity, and related information.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Real Estate, or equivalent
• Previous experience in project management, transformation, asset management, or an international corporate environment
• Strong interest in coordination, negotiation, and process improvement topics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfortable working with reporting and data management tools
• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
• Fluent English required
