About this Role

We are seeking an individual who will lead complex, cross-functional transformation programmes across multiple markets while ensuring structured execution, governance, and measurable value delivery. The role requires translating strategic objectives into clear roadmaps, supporting end-to-end delivery processes, overseeing project pipelines, facilitating collaboration across regions, managing budgets, preparing executive reports, and embedding continuous improvement and process optimisation across initiatives.

What you will do

Coordinate delivery across agile squads to maintain alignment with milestones and market readiness.Manage interdependencies across workstreams and proactively address risks to sustain programme momentum.Oversee backlog management, sprint planning, and milestone tracking to support timely and high‑quality execution.Serve as the escalation contact for delivery challenges and ensure effective resolutions with transparent communication.Maintain detailed status reports, escalation logs, decision records, and lessons learned, while enabling team development through mentoring and coaching.

Who you are

Experienced in leading complex, multi‑market programmes with distributed teams.Skilled in coordinating agile delivery, backlog oversight, sprint planning, conflict management, and milestone tracking.Capable of acting as the primary escalation point and guiding resolution across diverse stakeholder groups.Competent in maintaining structured reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement practices.Experienced in guiding large and cross‑functional teams to deliver shared outcomes.Proficient in Agile and Waterfall delivery for large‑scale enterprise initiatives.Exposure to consultancy, advisory, or process‑improvement environments.
