The Transformation Program Manager (Health Services) is responsible for managing large-scale organisation change initiatives pertaining to the Health Services group, being the Clinical Subcontractor, CoA Health Services team (Medical and Psychology) and the Adecco HS team and subsequent stakeholders. This role will assure functional suitability of the digital platforms being implemented and work closely with the Enterprise Delivery team (specifically – Project & Change Managers) to ensure solutions align with organisational and overall program objectives.

  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical leaders to ensure transformation programs align with consumer-centred care principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the implementation of healthcare reforms, digital health systems, and service redesign initiatives that enhance quality and safety outcomes.
  • Support the delivery, and governance of the relevant large-scale transformation
    programs that impact on the Health Services business unit, and broader stakeholders.
  • In conjunction with the Enterprise Delivery team, maintain program roadmaps,
    ensuring initiatives pertaining to functional development, build, testing, and delivery are managed to desired timeline and budget, as is practicable.
  • Support organisation-wide change by coordinating relevant stakeholder workstreams to work to and deliver to, agreed program schedules.
  • Support and contribute to robust program governance frameworks, including
    reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and benefits realisation tracking.
  • Partner with executive leaders, senior stakeholders, and subject matter experts to continuously communicate program objectives, priorities, and success measures.
  • Identify, assess, and manage program risks, dependencies, and interdependencies, working collaboratively with the Enterprise Delivery team and relevant Health Services stakeholders.
  • Support and co-facilitate change management activities to support successful
    adoption of new processes, systems, operating models, and ways of working.
  • Facilitate relevant stakeholder decision-making and recommendations that support program objectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration across Health Services teams involved in transformation initiatives.
  • In conjunction with the Enterprise Delivery team, ensure compliance with
    organisational policies, regulatory requirements, and project management standards.
  • Mentor and provide leadership to project managers, business analysts, and program team members to build transformation capability across the organisation.
  • Support and drive stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to maintain alignment, transparency, and commitment throughout the transformation journey.

Candidate's Profile

Your background will demonstrate:

  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Information Technology, Organisational Development, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Formal project and/or program management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP, PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum or equivalent).
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG Change Management, or
    equivalent) highly desirable.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration (MBA), Health Management, Leadership, or a related field is desirable.
  • Experience leading functional stakeholder groups through transformation initiatives within healthcare, hospital, community health, aged care, disability, or government funded health services.
  • Experience defining and implementing digital solutions, service redesign programs, quality improvement initiatives, or healthcare reform projects.
  • Minimum 7–10 years' experience leading complex organisational transformation, strategic change, or program management initiatives in large and multifaceted organisations
