Job Description

As the Transformation Principal, you will be at the forefront of our company's innovative transformation initiatives. Your primary focus will be on identifying, developing, and executing comprehensive Managed Operations Transformation programs. By collaborating with experts and stakeholders, you will bring tangible value through automation and analytics, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing risks.

  • Lead and manage complex transformation programs in the Network Operations domain.
  • Engage with customer teams to understand their needs and develop tailored transformation strategies.
  • Collaborate with Domain Experts, Use Case Designers, and developers to create E2E Managed Operations Transformation programs.
  • Ensure timely and profitable delivery of transformation projects, meeting client expectations.
  • Drive automation and analytics initiatives to improve operational efficiencies and reduce risks.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Network Operations Transformation.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges during the transformation process.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of transformation methodologies and processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Network Operations or a similar domain.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale transformation programs.
  • Excellent knowledge of industry trends and best practices in Network Operations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex projects.
  • Experience in working with diverse teams and stakeholders, including customers.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to transformation challenges.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry developments.
