Whatyou’lldo:
Own andmaintaintheconsolidatedfinancial view of the portfolio, including budget, forecast and actuals, ensuringa single sourceof truth for portfolio financial performance across all initiatives.
Monitor,analyseand report on portfolio financial performance,identifyingvariances, trends and emerging risks, andprovidingtimelyinsights to support decision-making and corrective action.
Strengthen financial governance and control across the portfolio by driving consistency in financial tracking, reporting and reconciliation, and ensuring stakeholders haveaccurate,transparentand reliable financial information.
Benefits and valuerealisation Define andmaintainthe portfolio-level benefits framework, ensuringprogrammebenefits are clearly baselined, measurable, and tracked against approved targets
Executive and board level reporting: Develop high-level board and executive papers that provide transparency, track value capture, and highlight key decisions needed for success
Program governance:Maintainstrong program governance, including integrated project plans, milestone tracking, RAID management, andaccurateprogram reporting.
Coordinate with project leads as PMO interface
Provide inputs into integrated view of change for the firm
Continuous improvement:Championbest-practice use of portfolio management office tools and methodologies, assess emerging technologies including AI, and capture lessons learned to continuously improve portfolio visibility and decision-making.
Whatwe’relooking for:
Core skills
3–5 years of progressive experience in managing complex portfolios in high-change environments.
Deepexpertisein portfolio management fundamentals and artifacts, including integrated plans, RAID, baselines, financials, and benefits.
Ability to think strategically, connecting enterprise strategy with day-to-day execution across all changeactivityholistically.
Strong analytical skills for evaluating performance data, tracking KPIs,identifyingtransformation opportunities, and translating findings into actionable insights for leadership.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficient with the MS suite (Project, SharePoint/OneDrive, PowerPoint, Word, Teams), with a proven ability tostandardisetooling and drive adoption.
Bachelor's degree in business, operations, portfoliomanagementor related field (or equivalent experience).
Desirableskills
Experience working in large, matrixed environments or professional servicesorganisations
A curious, forward-looking mindset with an appetite forleveragingAI and emerging technologies to drive smarter, faster, and more efficient ways of working.
