About the role

7 Month Fixed-Term Contract
As a Transformation Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing oversight and coordination across a portfolio of transformation initiatives.
You will guide leaders to navigate change while maintaining a strong focus on business readiness and operational outcomes. You'll challenge thinking, influence decision-making and ensure transformation activities delivers real change.
Success in this role requires someone who can move seamlessly between strategic conversations and operational execution, asking the tough questions when needed and helping leaders solve problems before they become roadblocks.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to support the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives
  • Provide oversight across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment of priorities, milestones and dependencies
  • Conduct Change Impact Assessments and identify risks, issues and potential business impacts
  • Develop and implement communication, engagement and business readiness plans
  • Monitor progress against transformation objectives, escalating risks and challenges where required
  • Facilitate leadership discussions and drive alignment across key stakeholders
  • Support the design and implementation of sustainable ways of working
  • Coordinate business readiness activities to ensure teams are prepared for change and operational continuity is maintained
  • Challenge assumptions and provide practical advice to strengthen transformation outcomes
  • Track delivery against target dates and support leaders to maintain momentum and accountability

About you

You are a confident and pragmatic transformation professional who is comfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level.

You have strong executive presence and are not afraid to ask difficult questions, challenge thinking and provide constructive feedback to senior stakeholders when required.

You bring:

  • Proven experience supporting complex transformation, change or business improvement initiatives
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, including impact assessment, stakeholder engagement and business readiness
  • Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, dependencies and competing priorities
  • A program or project management mindset with a focus on delivery and outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge and partner effectively with senior leaders
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect strategic objectives with execution
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity
