Job Description

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Transformation Office Lead for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be responsible for piloting, governing, and coordinating the portfolio of transformation programs and projects, ensuring the quality and reliability of information necessary for decision-making in an organizational transformation context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Governance and preparation of SteerCo meetings
• Monitoring the progress of projects and programs
• Consolidation and budget tracking
• Management of the roadmap and integrated planning
• Risk management, dependencies, and arbitration
• Production of dashboards and reporting for governance
• Coordination between IT teams and sponsors, and liaising with business contacts

Required Hard Skills:

• Program management and transformation portfolio management (PMBOK, Agile)
• Budget consolidation, integrated planning, and reporting (BI, MS-Office, MS-Project)
• Analysis and structuring of organizational impacts of a transformation program

Required Soft Skills:

• Systemic thinking and ability to integrate multiple projects
• Influence and collaboration with IT teams, business units, sponsors, and management
• Structured communication: translating complex issues into operational decisions
• Organizational diplomacy in a multi-stakeholder environment

Profile:

• Higher education (Master's degree) in management, engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in PMO, program management, portfolio management, or transformation
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and structuring skills
