In this role, you will lead key workstreams within healthcare supply chain transformation programs that improve operational performance, reduce cost, and enhance organizational effectiveness for clients. You will support strategy development and execution activities, collaborate closely with client stakeholders, and drive measurable improvements through process redesign, operational optimization, and implementation of sustainable solutions. You will apply functional expertise, manage priorities across initiatives, and contribute to successful delivery of transformation objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead defined workstreams within healthcare supply chain transformation programs.
Support development of program strategies and detailed implementation plans.
Execute initiatives in partnership with client functional and operational leaders.
Track progress against milestones and maintain alignment with program objectives.
Identify risks, barriers, and opportunities and develop actionable recommendations.
Provide day-to-day problem-solving, guidance, and decision support to client teams.
Develop and deliver status updates, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting materials.
Apply subject matter expertise across healthcare supply chain domains with depth in assigned functional areas.
Support development and refinement of methodologies, tools, and implementation frameworks.
Contribute to knowledge management, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience required.
Experience supporting healthcare supply chain transformation, operational improvement, or consulting engagements.
Strong knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations, processes, and performance improvement methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in fast-paced client environments.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
Experience developing executive-ready reporting materials and stakeholder communications.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional client and internal teams.
Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.
