General Management

Our General Management team is responsible for leading and overseeing our strategic direction, operations and performance. Together, we navigate and lead Reckitt through dynamic global and environmental changes, whilst looking ahead to the horizon for growth and sustainability opportunities.

We touch every part of our organisation, from developing and executing long term business strategies to ensuring financial health and budgeting. About the role

Transformation Manager is reporting to the Head of Transformation for Europe, in this role you will both coordinate existing projects to be delivered across the Area, and build initiatives to set up Europe for long term success in brilliant execution. You will lead projects in automation, shared services, organisational design & process improvement, designed to develop our European team and enable future growth. You will be responsible for governing the overall transformation programme and ensuring projects are delivered to the business case. The role will interface with global function and senior market leadership across Europe.

Your responsibilities

  • Coordination and Consolidation of Project Deliverables across Markets and Functions
  • Act as Single Point of Contact for Europe for relevant projects
  • Keep Area Lead, and relevant Regions updated on project timelines and deliverables
  • Ensure the timeline of all projects is deliverable in the markets
  • Track the progress of relevant projects in the Area
  • Ensure automation projects are on time and delivering to business case
  • Influence stakeholders to complete tasks and deliver projects and market requirements
  • Identify additional opportunities within assigned areas, and build business case for investment approval
  • Work with functional leads to build deliverable plans, and hold to account
  • Define and design new processes
  • Deliver the change plan on relevant projects
  • Own transformation masterplan

The experience we're looking for

  • Complex Project Management
  • Solid experience in shaping and implementing marketing strategies, supported by strong analytical and financial assessment skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation talents, capable of engaging and aligning a variety of stakeholders
  • A creative mindset for innovation and a dedication to customer-focused improvements
  • Shared Services Implementation (nice to have)
