Lead and drive enterprise transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between business strategy, operating model, and execution. This role focuses on delivering large-scale business and digital transformation programs, working closely with senior stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end transformation programs across business, operations, and technology
Define transformation strategy, roadmap, and execution plans
Engage senior stakeholders to align on objectives, priorities, and outcomes
Drive operating model improvements, process optimisation, and organisational change
Oversee program delivery, ensuring milestones, timelines, and business value are achieved
Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies across initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, technology, consulting) to deliver integrated solutions
Track progress using KPIs and drive continuous improvement
Requirements & Preferred Experience
8–12 years of experience in transformation, consulting, or strategic program roles
Proven track record delivering enterprise or large-scale transformation initiatives
Strong consulting, problem-solving, and program management capabilities
Experience working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
Expertise in operating model design, process improvement, or digital transformation
Experience in consulting or client-facing environments
Exposure to enterprise transformation, managed services, or digital programs is advantageous
Experience driving organisational change and business adoption
Government sector project/client experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to bridge strategy and execution effectively
Comfortable operating in complex, enterprise-scale environments
Outcome-driven, structured, and hands-on approach
