Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Transformation Intern to join our team for 3-6 months and support digital transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives across the organization.

This role offers strong learning exposure in business transformation, AI, automation tools, data analysis, and project execution, with mentorship from senior transformation leaders.

Requirements

Education

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.

Technical & Functional Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Low-code tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) – advantage.
  • Data analysis or scripting – advantage.
  • AI / automation concepts – advantage.
  • Willingness to learn new tools quickly.

Soft Skills

  • Strong curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently with guidance.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Transformation & Process Improvement Support

    • Assist in analysing existing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.

    • Support documentation of workflows, pain points, and solution designs.

    • Help prepare business cases, impact analyses, and basic ROI calculations.

    • Support change adoption activities, including training materials, guides, and communications.

  • Digital & Automation Enablement

    • Assist in building simple automations, dashboards, or prototypes using tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, or other low-code platforms.

    • Support data preparation, validation, and reporting for transformation initiatives.

    • Participate in testing, UAT coordination, and deployment support.

  • Stakeholder & Project Support

    • Support project tracking, meeting minutes, action tracking, and documentation.

    • Assist in coordinating with internal stakeholders (Operations, IT, QA, Innovation).

    • Prepare presentations and progress updates for internal reviews.

  • Learning & Capability Building

    • Actively participate in training related to AI, automation, Lean, and digital tools.

    • Apply learnings in live projects under guidance.

    • Contribute ideas for process improvement and innovation initiatives.
