Role purpose

The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of strong project governance and disciplined execution across Vicinity Centres through high‑quality analysis, insight generation and delivery support. The role applies enterprise delivery frameworks, tools and processes to assist project and initiative teams, and supports informed decision‑making through clear insights and structured outputs. The role contributes to improved ways of working by supporting continuous improvement initiatives, structured reviews of programs and activities, and the delivery of projects focused on business effectiveness and efficiency. Success in this role requires strong analytical and process improvement capability, clear communication, curiosity, and the ability to work collaboratively across business functions.

Key Responsibilities


Enterprise project management frameworks and capability

  • Apply enterprise wide project management frameworks, tools and processes to support consistent delivery discipline, transparency and reporting
  • Assist with targeted delivery support on critical or underperforming initiatives, including analysis to support recovery planning and realignment of scope, schedule, risks and outcomes
  • Work closely with initiative owners and delivery leads to support governance processes, clarify actions and track issue resolution


Project delivery oversight, governance and support

  • Support delivery oversight through preparation of governance materials, status reporting and analysis to inform prioritisation and decision‑making
  • Lead targeted intervention on critical or underperforming initiatives, supporting recovery plans and realignment of scope, schedule, risks and value outcomes
  • Partner with initiative owners to strengthen governance, clarify accountabilities and resolve delivery issues


Strategic alignment and enterprise efficiency reviews

  • Support reviews of organisation wide initiatives by conducting analysis, supporting workshops/ working sessions, data collection and synthesis to assess strategic alignment, prioritisation and impact
  • Assist in translating review findings into practical recommendations and improvement opportunities that enhance organisational effectiveness and efficiency


Delivery of priority projects and programs

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of projects aligned to Vicinity’s strategic priorities through analysis, coordination and delivery support activities
  • Track delivery progress, risks, interdependencies and benefits, escalating insights and issues where appropriate
  • Manage interdependencies, risks and delivery trade offs, escalating issues as required
  • Summarise and translate review outcomes into clear documentation, actions and plans

Capability and Experience


Essential Experience (what you have done)

  • Experience supporting project or program delivery in a consulting or corporate environment, including exposure to planning, reporting, risks and dependencies
  • Experience contributing to organisational efficiency or transformation initiatives through analysis, research or delivery support
  • Experience analysing and documenting business processes, with exposure to process improvement, automation or technology‑enabled change
  • Experience supporting change initiatives through documentation, communication materials, training support or governance processes


Critical Knowledge (what you need to know)

  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Law, Engineering or similar


Capabilities (what you can do)

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to structure problems, analyse data, identify root causes and synthesise insights
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise verbal and written presentations
  • Commercial awareness, with exposure to business cases, cost benefit analysis or performance metrics
  • Pragmatic and solution focused, with the ability to apply fit for purpose approaches and adapt to organisational context and maturity
