The Transformation Business Partner leads cross-functional digital transformation initiatives across cultivation, supply chain, and sales. This role combines end-to-end project delivery, business analysis, process improvement, and solution piloting to improve operational efficiency, transparency, and measurable business outcomes.
· Lead end-to-end management of digital projects across cultivation, supply chain, and sales (from requirements gathering to go-live), coordinating cross-functional resources (cultivation, supply chain, sales, IT) to ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-quality delivery.
· Track project outcomes via quantitative metrics (e.g., ROI from transportation cost reduction and business unit satisfaction) and deliver Project Closure Reports.
· Conduct root-cause analysis for key bottlenecks in each business area (e.g., data silos between cultivation and sales) and design process optimizations (e.g., “cultivation-sales” alignment plans) to drive adoption (target: 3-month pilot-to-scale timeline).
· Develop high-level product requirement documents (“PRDs”) based on a deep understanding of business requirements and optimized to-be processes.
· Identify cross-business digital opportunities and pilot solutions to validate impact before scaling.
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Agricultural Economics, or Supply Chain Management (agriculture/horticulture backgrounds preferred).
· 5+ years of digital experience in FMCG/fresh produce industries, with 2+ years in business partnering or project management.
· Proficiency in IT systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, QMS, CRM, etc.) and a deep understanding of the agriculture industry and related nursery, production, and supply chain operations (e.g., cold chain logistics) and sales.
· Fluent in English (written and verbal) for international collaboration (e.g., with Global HQ and local IT teams).
· Project management expertise in agile/waterfall methodologies and tools (e.g., Gantt charts and RACI matrices).
· Proven track record in agricultural/fresh produce digital transformations (e.g., leading cultivation data collection systems or supply chain optimization projects).
· Deep expertise in one business area (e.g., cultivation, supply chain, or sales), such as leading a regional cultivation digitization project.
