Join us as a Transformation & Change Manager

  • You’ll support the design and delivery of transformation projects, helping shape initiatives across portfolio management that drive meaningful change in India Hub COO Office
  • As a PB&WM Transformation & Change Manager, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to coordinate projects and embed engagement across multiple workstreams
  • This is your opportunity to make sure every change reflects business priorities, positioning you to deepen your expertise and step confidently into future leadership roles

What you'll do

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping transformation across India Hub COO Office You’ll design and deliver change projects and workstreams, establishing programme structures that keep transformation organised and effective. You’ll make sure initiatives will align with our strategic vision, driving meaningful outcomes while proactively managing risks and ensuring continuous improvement.

Alongside this, you’ll build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple franchises and functions, influencing decisions and fostering collaboration across programmes.

You’ll be instrumental in:

  • Supporting the delivery and implementation of change projects that create simpler, faster, and more sustainable outcomes for the business and its customers
  • Managing and reporting project progress in line with standard processes through keen understanding of development lifecycles and mandatory requirements
  • Assessing the impact of other programmes and managing dependencies
  • Reporting on transformation progress and results, using data and customer insight to monitor quality and effectiveness of outcomes

The skills you'll need

A PB&WM Transformation & Change Manager is a strategic driver of progress, turning vision into reality through well-designed change programmes. You’ll bring experience in delivering strategic initiatives that support business growth. You’ll also help shape the design of complex change programmes, with precision and purpose at the heart of what you do.

To thrive in this role, you’ll combine strong stakeholder management and communication skills with sound judgment and adaptability, so that every decision balances risk, compliance, and opportunity.

You’re also expected to have:

  • Proven experience in working in the design of strategic change programmes
  • Experience of relevant regulatory and statutory obligations, risk management and internal governance framework
  • Strong knowledge of NatWest’s change framework and the ability to apply it effectively to deliver transformation initiatives
