Responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and designing solutions to enhance business performance. This position will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure that project deliverables meet business needs.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Support the planning and delivery of strategic business and regulatory transformation initiatives from initiation through implementation.
• Coordinate project activities across geographically distributed teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration in a remote working environment.
• Drive project governance, including status reporting, risk and issue management, milestone tracking and decision preparation.
• Analyse business requirements, processes and operating models to identify improvement opportunities and support solution design.
• Collaborate with business, technology and operational teams to support implementation, change adoption and realization of project objectives.
• Prepare executive presentations, business cases and management updates to communicate progress, outcomes and key decisions.
• Translate strategic priorities into structured project plans and practical next steps.
• Manage change, including stakeholder communications, workshop coordination and training materials.

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, financial services, operations, or corporate transformation.
• Strong project management capabilities, including planning, progress tracking, risk management and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to structure, coordinate and drive workstreams across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced and distributed project environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills to understand business requirements, assess impacts, and support the design of practical solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience or interest in digital transformation, process improvement, automation, or AI-enabled business solutions.
• Fluency in English.
